Ok, admit it, Dirk Kuyt was fantastic on Saturday:)

Anfield is 100 years old already, that is 6.25 times older than me, which is actually quite a lot, when I am only older than my brother by 2.5 years, not times. Tomorrow is my RE presentation, wish me luck, I really hope to get at least a 3.6 GPA in RE, as it is considered quite a milestone in my short life.

I should be in mugging mode, but i don't know why, I am still struggling to get into that gear, must be some gearbox problem somewhere, maybe I should get an engineer to fix it or something, that would probably do me some good, although with the spanners and drills, I really wonder:) LOL

I read David Beckham's biography at the library, and I learnt that being a footballer is not about the glamour and the glitz that surrounds it, Beckham worked really hard for he has today, and he really has natural talent with the game.

Yes, he had his first girlfriend at the age of 11, but that's a separate issue:)

The main thing is, work hard, and you will get the things you want

Ah yes, until now, the weather outside has been hovering at a killing 32+ degrees celsius, threatening to boil or fry anyone walking ouside now. Wonder if an ant walks on the hot road out there, will he/she get cooked like an egg on a frying pan?

Lets not dwell on that, it isn't worth it:)

The chinese prelims are approaching, and I still can't think of a way to practice effectively except to practice assesment books, and they also don't come out ten-year-series for them, so what is the point of doing so much and mugging so much when everything is outside the textbook (ke wai), as they call it in Chinese.

Take a step back, think of the nice world around you where ants actually don't get fried on the ground, then take a step forward and start to think how to ace the o levels again:)

I went to adidas on Friday, and I saw the price of a Liverpool jersey, it was S$109.

I began to think about something else, what is the difference between supporting a club like Liverpool, and a club like lets say...Woodlands Wellington?

Both are football clubs, both are rather successful in their respective leagues, and both have foreign players. When I looked at the price of the Liverpool jersey, i found the answer. A Liverpool jersy cost $109, and a Woodlands Wellington jersey cost $39.90, and that is basically the only difference, other than the payroll and the size of the stadiums perhaps:)
